5. How to submit a helpdesk ticket in LxAdmin

This tutorial assumes that you've already logged in to LxAdmin

Now let's learn how to submit a helpdesk ticket

1) Click Help Desk

2) Click Add Ticket

3) Paste the Subject here

Scroll Down

4) Click here to select the Priority

5) Select the Category here

Scroll Down

6) Paste your message here

7) Once finished, click Add

You have successfully opened a new Help Desk ticket. The Admin will be notified via email and at next login
