17. How to choose the directory index in LxAdmin

This tutorial assumes that you've already logged in to LxAdmin

Now let's learn how to choose the directory index

1) Click Directory Index

Directory Index allows you to choose which file type will be the index. Once chosen, the server will look for that file type first

2) Click Enable Directory Index

3) Now select your desired file type

4) Once selected, click here

The file type has been added

5) Once finished, click Update

You have successfully enabled directory index and chose a file type
